Veronika Kubařová studied acting at the Prague Conservatory, one of her graduate parts being Dornička in Jiří Suchý’s Kytice. Thanks to that she was given the opportunity to perform in his Semafor Theatre. She joined the Městské divadlo in Mladá Boleslav in 2008 and was nominated for her first Thalia Award for the title role in its Faust and Margarita production. In 2011, she joined Městská divadla pražská which led to her second nomination for the Thalia Award, this time for the role of Catherine in Auburn’s play Proof.
She first appeared on the stage of Dejvické divadlo in 2013 as Nina Zarechnaya in The Seagull, and from 2015 to 2023 she was a permanent member of the DD acting ensemble.
