Ivan Trojan

Born 30.06.1964

After graduating from the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague in 1988, Ivan Trojan joined the ensemble of The Realistic Theatre where he got the first opportunity to work with Miroslav Krobot. He performed in Divadlo na Vinohradech for some time later and finally, since 1997, he has been in Dejvické divadlo. The first part he gained was Professor Maillard in Krobot’s adaptation of E. A. Poe’s short story The Soothing Method, followed by the role as the governor in Gogol’s Government Inspector (directed by Sergej Fedotov) for which he was nominated for Thalia Award for the first time.
