Radek Dvořák is a successful, ambitious, and outwardly content man, husband, and father who finds himself in pre-trial detention. Torn from his everyday life, he is suddenly confronted with a flood of questions he has never asked himself. How will he cope with the emotions he has suppressed for so long? What lies hidden in the darkness of his childhood that still influences his role as a father and husband?

This play is an introspective journey into uncovering behavioral patterns that affect not only him but also the lives of those around him. It is a call for the courage to face one’s inner demons — and thus, a path to self-discovery.
